 Pets are allowed with management’s approval, with the exception of some aggressive breeds. Aggressive breeds include, but are not limited to: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Huskies, Malamutes, Chow Chows, Saint Bernard, German Shepherds, and some others.

 Management maintains the right to refuse any animal it deems dangerous or a threat to other guests.

 Guests are limited to a MAXIMUM of 2 pets per site.

 Pets must be on a leash AT ALL TIMES. No exceptions.

 Please pick up after your pet. We have dog waste stations located throughout the park. Non-compliance can result in eviction.

*Safety for our guests is our top priority, so we must implement a policy that ensures a safe environment.*

As a condition of having your pet stay with you at Powers RV Park, we require the following waiver of liability to be signed:

DOG WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being permitted to house a dog in your RV during your stay, the dog owner does hereby unconditionally release, indemnify, waive, discharge and agrees to hold harmless Powers RV Park staff, or guests from any loss, damage, liability and expense, including court costs and attorney fees, that may be incurred as a result of injuries, including death to persons or dogs, or damage to

property, directly or indirectly associated with the owner housing his/her dog at Powers RV Park, whether caused by the negligence of other staff, or guests, or otherwise.

BY SIGNING THIS AUTHORIZATION AND RELEASE, THE DOG OWNER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES AND REPRESENTS that he/she has carefully read the foregoing terms and conditions, understands the contents thereof and signs voluntarily; he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent;

and executes this Authorization and Release intending that he/she, his/her spouse and family members, and his/her heirs, assigns and personal representatives if deceased, be legally bound by same.
